A Tutor warrants that he is of at least Twenty years of age, and having necessary qualifications experience to give tutoring in the Categories/Syllabus and subjects specified by the Tutor on his/her profile.
For Home Tuitions from Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Dehradun, Raipur, Chennai and Vijayawada: HomeShiksha will charge you an upfront of only 50% of the tuition fees as a commission upon student/parent’s confirmation. The 1st month 50% of tuition fees tutor will get in the month ending. Also all subsequent months 100% of tuition fees will be yours.
For Home Tuitions Hyderabad Region: HomeShiksha will charge you an upfront of 1 month tuition fees as a commission upon student/parent’s confirmation. The subsequent months 100% of tuition fees will be yours.
For Online Tuitions from Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Dehradun, Raipur, Chennai and Vijayawada: HomeShiksha will charge you an upfront of 1 month tuition fees as a commission upon student/parent’s confirmation. The subsequent months 100% of tuition fees will be yours.
You authorize Home Shiksha to collect payment on your behalf in consideration of the home tuition delivered. You agree that all the tax liability for this payment is yours. You understand and agree that HomeShiksha will deduct its commission from the payment received
As a tutor providing home tuitions, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, exercise the same degree of professional competence, care, skill, diligence and prudence as is normally exercised by professionals in the home- tutoring field.
You may receive information proprietary to HomeShiksha. You understand and agree that confidential information so received will only be used by you for the benefit of HomeShiksha and for the purpose of providing tutoring.
You indemnify HomeShiksha from and against any and all claims, causes of action, and liabilities which arise directly from breach of any applicable law, for your negligent or willful misconduct.
You understand and agree that the relationship between HomeShiksha and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.
You understand that the final decision to choose a particular student for tuition is yours and yours alone. In case you are selected in a demo, you can’t reject the tuition until and unless there are authentic reason. In the event where you are unable to attend the tuition, a prior notice of 48 hours before the lesson starts, must be given to the students/parents.
You understand and agree that you will teach the student if and only if at least one parent is present in the house. If you are leaving any tuition, you must intimate us prior to 1 week. HomeShiksha will not be liable for any conflict or disagreement between the tutors and students/ parents. We will also not be responsible for any form of damage caused in connection with your use of our website.
The subscription charges for tutor is only Rs.499/- and it's valid for life time. The subscription charges are non- refundable under any circumstances. HomeShiksha does not guarantee to secure tuition jobs for tutors.
The tutor must have convincing teaching skills and good behavior with student & parents.
Selected Tutors do not share their selected tuition details with their friends / colleagues and do not invite them to the student's residence at the time of introduction / Demo class.
A tutor here by acknowledges that HomeShiksha are not liable to the Tutor for reimbursement of any fees paid pursuant to these Terms in the events of any cancellation of any Contract or Tuition for any reason.
You here by confirm that you will abide all the rules and regulations of HomeShiksha. And in case if you get caught cheating with HomeShiksha then HomeShiksha can take any legal action on you. Any attempt to cheat or deprive HomeShiksha.com of its legal share of commission, will result in legal actions being taken.
HomeShiksha reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned Terms and Conditions with or without giving any prior notice at any time.
You may not solicit, collect, give or use the login credentials of other users of the Service.
You may not impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you have no authority to use.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.

You understand that HomeShiksha is a home tutoring marketplace and will facilitate the finding of a quality home tutor for your child.HomeShiksha is 100% free to the parents/students.
You can contact the tutors directly and invite them to conduct a free demo class. A tutor will conduct only 1 or maximum 2 free demo classes. After the demo class Student / Parent has to be informed to the HomeShiksha/tutor as to be continued or not continued.
After first demo if you wish to continue with our tutor.
For Bangalore, Mumbai, Dehradun, Raipur, Gurgaon, Chennai and Vijayawada: You have to pay 50% of the tuition fee as advanced payment to HomeShiksha for confirmation. From 2nd month you can pay at the month end.
For Hyderabad: You have to pay 100% advanced payment to HomeShiksha for confirmation. From 2nd month you can pay at the month end.
Student / Parent do not pay any advances to the Selected Tutor directly. HomeShiksha is not responsible if the existed tutor is not turning back after taking the Advance.
In consideration of the home tuition provided by the tutor to your child, you agree to pay a predefined amount to the tutor.Also if parents want to discontinue the tuition at any time(before completion of month) then they need to pay the charges for exact number of days the tutor came to teach.In case if its the starting month then they need to pay the charges for exact number of days the tutor came to teach including the demo class.
You understand that, to the extent possible, HomeShiksha will facilitate finding a tutor that best suit your child's requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
You understand that in the case where the tutor fails to deliver first 15 scheduled tuitions, Homeshiksha will facilitate finding a replacement tutor for your child within a reasonable period of time.
You understand that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity. Further, you agree to provide in your home an environment conducive to one on one study during the currency of the said home tuition.
You understand that the final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours and yours alone. You explicitly agree to indemnify HomeShiksha from any harm that may be caused by any advertent or inadvertent actions of the tutor.
You understand that the tutor will teach your child if and only if at least one parent is present in the house.
HomeShiksha will not give any guarantee of the Student's progress and also not responsible if any stolen things happen by the tutor.Tutors being observed by the parents / Care Takers during the tuition time.
HomeShiksha reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned terms and conditions with or without giving any prior notice.
